  6. Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice that complies with the requirements above, Nadeshiko will:

  1. Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  2. Notify the person who submitted the DMCA notice once the material has been removed or disabled.
